The European Medicines Agency cannot accept responsibility for:

The information in EudraPharm is:

Collection and use of information
The European Medicines Agency does not currently store or collect any personal information about EudraPharm users.

Cookies
A cookie is a small file created on your computer which can be referenced when a website is visited or when a page on a website is visited. Cookies cannot access files or other information stored on your computer.

EudraPharm currently uses session cookies only. These session cookies are automatically deleted from your computer when you close the web browser. The EudraPharm session cookies do not collect information from your computer and cannot identify you personally. They are only used to remember the EudraPharm pages you have visited in the past 30 minutes, and are used to make site navigation easier.

To use EudraPharm correctly, your web browser must be set to allow session cookies. If you are unsure how to do this, click your browser's Help and search for 'cookies'.

JavaScript
EudraPharm uses JavaScript to launch pop-up windows. For EudraPharm to function correctly you must 'Enable JavaScript' in your chosen web browser's settings. Generally, this option or something similar appears under a browser's security settings, though some browsers may describe it as 'active scripting'.

Log files
The European Medicines Agency records the pages visited to analyse trends and administer EudraPharm. However, the European Medicines Agency does not record any personal information about EudraPharm users.

Feedback
If feedback is provided about EudraPharm, the European Medicines Agency will only use it to develop and improve EudraPharm.
